Airing just one day after the tragic school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, this week’s SNL crew decided to use the opening scene to pay a brief but touching tribute to the victims of the shooting. The horrifying event claimed the lives of 20 children and seven adults. With help from the New York City Children’s Chorus, dressed in matching red robes, the choir sang ‘Silent Night.’ If you happen to miss the tribute, you can check it out here.
